How we work

Eight steps. The same for every load.

A successful shipment means few surprises. Every order follows the same path, and you always know where your freight is and who to call.

From request to invoice.

  1. Request

Send us the details via the form, email, phone or WhatsApp. If something important is missing – postcode, weight, pallet count – we ask straight away.

You get confirmation that we’ve picked it up

  2. Quote the same working day

We check capacity on the lane and send you the price, vehicle type and estimated transit time. If we can’t do the load, we tell you the same day.

You get a written quote with its validity

  3. Written confirmation

You accept the quote by email. We send you a transport order with everything in it: addresses, dates, goods, price, terms.

    You get the transport order

  4. Vetted carrier

We choose the carrier and vet them before the load. They receive a written order with exactly the same details as yours.

You get the truck registration and driver’s name

  5. Loading, confirmed

The driver arrives within the agreed window. After loading you receive photos of the freight in the trailer and the completed CMR.

You get loading photos and the CMR

  6. Monitoring

We follow the load to destination and tell you about any delay – before you hear it from the consignee.

You get updates on your preferred channel

  7. Delivery and signed CMR

We let you know when it’s unloaded. The consignee signs the CMR and we send you the scan as soon as we have it.

You get delivery confirmation and the signed CMR

  8. Invoice

The invoice follows delivery, with the order number and the CMR attached, so your accounts team can close it quickly.

You get the invoice and shipment documents

What we check.
Before every load.

We don’t rely on “they’ve worked with us before”. Documents expire and companies go dormant. The check is done for your load, not once a year.

Transport licence

A valid EU Community licence for international loads, or a domestic licence for loads within Romania, with a certified copy for the vehicle used.

CMR insurance

The carrier’s liability policy is in force on the day of the load, and its limit covers the declared value of the goods.

Active company

Active with ANAF (the Romanian tax authority), not flagged as fiscally inactive, valid VAT number where applicable.

Vehicle and driver

Registration numbers and the driver’s name match the order. No unannounced changes.

Equipment

Trailer type, straps, edge protectors and, if needed, side or top loading – confirmed before departure.
