We’re looking for reliable carriers – small fleets or large – for domestic and RO–EU loads. Clear orders, one dispatcher, payment on the date we promise.
Payment terms
30 days
We pay by bank transfer 30 days from the date we receive, at our Bucharest office, the original CMR confirmed by the consignee and your invoice. Email us the CMR scan straight after unloading.
A CMR without the consignee’s signature and stamp, or with reservations not reported to the dispatcher, may delay payment until it’s cleared up.
What you get from us
Written orders
Addresses, loading and delivery windows, goods, weight, rate, payment terms. No “phone agreements” that change on the road.
One dispatcher
You deal with the same person from loading to unloading. If something goes wrong, we sort it out together, quickly.
Loads that fit
We only offer you loads on the lanes and with the trailer type you’ve told us about.
What we check
Before the first load – and before every one.
- Community licence (certified copy for the vehicle used)
- CMR insurance policy in force, and its limit
- Company active with ANAF, valid VAT number
- Vehicle and driver details, matching the order
- Equipment: trailer type, straps, edge protectors
